Psychotherapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and mindfulness practices to support lasting, embodied healing. I work with adult individuals.

I believe that healing happens when we create a sense of internal safety, even in the face of overwhelming external stressors. I guide clients to develop the tools necessary to regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve relationships. By incorporating somatic techniques, I help clients reconnect with their bodies as essential partners in the healing process, often a crucial step in working through trauma. Mindfulness weaves through all of this work, grounding us in the present moment and building greater self-awareness.
