Tammy and Hannah are both level-one IFS therapists, experienced psychedelic facilitators and researchers, and ketamine-assisted therapists. This is going to be such a unique and special opportunity for those who participate!

Join us over a 5 week period for a group that will allow you to explore your inner world in a supportive group setting. This intensive is perfect for people looking to increase self-awareness, address stress or life transitions, and build meaningful connection with themselves and others.

This offering consists of:

-a one-on-one screening process with your facilitators and a psychiatric medical professional

-2 group preparation sessions

-3 group ketamine dosing sessions

-3 group integration sessions

Sessions will be held at the Nook Wellness Room- a cozy space in Ogden, UT.
